if any of u have a slighlty peeling license plate, u gotta make an appt to for a few set in.

but u need to fill out a form. from dmv

and u can hope an armed guard will talk to u and give u a form,

which u sign and i gotta sign. and then he can go in monday with my license and signed papers to get free license plates cuz ny admits they are peelin.

one needs an appt to use a public bathroom i bet

the crime is outta control

and whereas i did nothing wrong,i am shaking like a leaf. i was engaged to a cop and now ny is outta control and no bldg,public or private will talk to u without an appt.

methinks that crime is much worse then they let on.

form MV82. the guard will allegedly give u one. make an appt via phone and get in to dept of MV as they can fine people up to 250$ for license plates peeling at all. they are are closed now for easter but will re open Monday.

The way things are going on, which I never dreamed
