Wow Charon, I had read that post where you said it but I guess I thought the second line was your signature.

Perhaps the mods can replace the safe-mail addy with the correct one on the heading for the vendor?
Thanks. CL

Thank you @Charon. I know how hard the work is at times (because it all piles up) but it does stop the endless questions (mostly) about why the listed email doesn't work. It's also an important aspect of simplification of threads and attempting to stay on topic in them.
Your work here is greatly appreciated, thank you @Charon.

keep in mind, though, that some email vendors remove their email from their threads for a bit.
For reasons best known to themselves. (Not taking new clients...Seemingly LLs going out...Out of product...)
So, sometimes, there is reason to the madness. It is by vendor request. (As we become private totally, I think some vendors may relax.)

Received a prompt email. Communication was quick and easy. Glad they were still taking new clients

Just as a word of precaution, never mention your name of the name of the site. It's good practise.

@Billythecat, it's a very reasonable question...there's is no reason to mention any of it. Â
You can write that you were recommend through a site but don't use your user name, your real name or risk the site. This is only my experience and opinion.
What if the mail were intercepted (god forbid).?
Better safe than sorry, but ultimately, it's your choice.
I'd just pick a random name and stick with that.
Good luck. Â CL
