Ordered my first magazines from macro. So far I'm very impressed. As everyone else says he is an excellent communicator, and more accommodating than a hotel!

First and foremost, MM has been outstanding in communication and service the one time I have ordered. So I'm putting this out there as a general question because it's been stewing for the past few months. ...If I order something very particular from the menu, of a particular name brand, and the menu has very detailed information and clear pictures, is there any reason to be disappointed if what I receive does not fit that description? Especially if it is received without any other identifying information?
I've contacted MM about it and have received a polite and professional response, and I hate to be that person that brings it up in a semi-public forum. I do believe in a reasonable level of transparency in business practices so, whatever. I'm trying very hard not to reveal any details so it's a difficult and risky ttopic to bring up, and I certainly don't want to get on the bad side of IOP because I highly respect the mods, community, and MM as well. I was told by MM the reason the product has a different appearance is due to copy law for particular regions, but I've not been able to find any corroborating information. That said, I'm only fluent in this one language so I'm aware that it's possible I might be able to find more info if I was searching in a different language. Anyway. Do any of you know what I'm talking about? If so you don't have to reply here but a PM would be appreciated. The bottom line is this... If someone is selling a particular product, and being well compensated for it, please post a picture of the product exactly as advertised. I do not like, "hey, it's the same thing, but, because xxxx", and I have no way of verifying that. Maybe I feel this way because I had a bad experience with another vendor (not on IOP list) I thought I could trust and they flat out lied to me and fed me a bunch of phony info. The ONLY reason I've spent the time in carefully wording this is because I'd like to continue use MM's service, but it's something I've been thinking about ever since I got the first order and I just wanted to air it out. Glad to see MM is back with us! Their mags always come through, and with amazing communication! They have plenty of mags to chose from.
