With the particular product I purchased it's kind of hard to tell, sorry.

Just an update still no word back. I obviously got scammed. I would say don't use them at all. But if your going to use extreme caution. They are rip off artist

Received an additional parcel within the last few days.

Communication has been less responsive (perhaps less staffing?), so with this one, I just submitted then ignored.

Roughly two weeks, arrived secure and as expected.

I'll take this moment to remind our members here that my experiences may be different given my long history with this vendor, and the high value transactions we engage in.

Regardless, I am currently resting on the impression that DPM has had a staffing cut due to decreased sales over the last year and a half (Could I be so arrogant to take single handed responsibility for that, hehe?).

I agree with Charon, in the past, DPM was burned hard by members on this forum, and perhaps my experiences are not a fair indicator of what anew client may encounter.

They were in fact, a quality vendor not that terribly long ago ....

They may have changed employees and/or ownership so things were acting different...

Hopefully they have gotten a grip and straightened things out a bit by now... So keep us in the loop with the actions that transpire ..
