So, why don't you email macro with your order number?   Read back cuz he has many emails. I just use macromass@gmail.com.

But, every few posts either macro or i remind people to read at least five or ten pages back.

Do what macro says above. Its basically only fill out the site with a fake phone number. 1,2,3,4,5.

Use HIS website as a menu.

Order thru one of his emails. Never by phone.
