Still waiting for a resolution from DPM. I'm not too happy about this. I placed order 4/17. Received order 5/5 and all items were not what I had ordered. In two cases, they were different meds entirely, and in all cases they were lower quality brands than what I had ordered. I notified DPM of this same day. DPM promised to reship correct items after I agreed to provide pictures of what I received, and and then send a tracking number to me for the re-ship within 48 hours (by 5/9).
That did not happen as promised; instead i was told that it was now necessary to get re-ship approval from a "higher authority". Considering that it was the owner who was communicating with me, that seemed a little odd . On 5/12 I was informed that the items were not available (even though their website still shows them listed with no "out of stock" notation, and they can be placed in a shopping cart), but that they would "work on it".
Although they promised to "work on it", there have been many emails going back and forth, and still nothing has been resolved as of today (5/16).
I'm not making any judgement call; just providing the facts. I know that any IOP vendor can make an honest mistake and I would not fault a vendor for that, but if I don't get a resolution soon, I am going to start feeling like I have been taken advantage of. I sincerely hope that is NOT the case.
