Flu Season From Hell Keeps Getting Worse

food store shopping carts are filled with germs. in US, a few stores carry sanitizer for clients to use. but not so sure now.

because children are walking germs.

i have one inhaler here somewhere. but i shall be outta breath if i look for it. so i do have prednisone cuz lupus gives one breathing issues. or can.

but for the families whom are not sick, spray lysol. bleach. i use separate towels for my face, hair, hands, and body. Never go near houseshare towels. Separate tooth paste. Have separate body washing liquids. I did not go thru the home and bleach all handles he touched. I should have. Cuz with my mixed autoimmunes, i dont get sick, per se. i get to the point where my sister puts me on the phone with our pastor.

Thank God i still had antibiotics. And we did propane this year. I wear fingerless gloves. We irish fear the damage a draft can do.
so, everyone take precautions. Some r staying healthy in the home with a sick person. Others are not. No rhyme nor reason.

I may have already mentioned that I don't get flu shots and, I didn't get one this year either. I don't believe I've ever had one.

But, I did get the flu. This is maybe second time in my life. 

Have been sick in bed since last Sunday. Started with this strange dry cough. Felt like I was going to give myself a hernia from so much coughing (the expression, "coughing up a lounge comes to mind."). Then the big, rolling, chest coughing, that feels like it's dragging shards of glass across your throat, swollen glands, ear aches, bloody nose, sore throat. Can't swallow. Stuffed nose and head, sinuses going crazy. Headaches galore. Total loss of speech, only little eeks coming out. Only food is tea and yogurt. Every joint is aching, that laser shooting firecracker exploding on each joint.

Went to doc yesterday. Mainly to appease friends and fam.  ("You should have gotten the flu shot.") Confirmed flu and fever, said too late for tamiflu, which I probably wouldn't have taken anyway. Chest X-ray. They took it serious. 

With that awful description of my flu symptoms said, I still don't think I'd get a flu shot. As the misinformation or disinformation mounts, I can only surmise, these flu shots are not going to help me. What with "CDC Issues Flu Vaccine Apology: This Year’s Vaccine Doesn’t Work!" (thanks Charon ) http://ioplist.org/showthread.php?tid=42...accination who knows what strain I had and if the shot would have made it worse.

wow. this flu strain just wont die off. feel better.

tamiflu i believe i posted only alleviates like eight hrs of symptoms. and had some evil side effects.

i got better but damn! am still able to eat just yogurt really. thank God for yogurt.

May u feel better soon. Poor blockhead. I wont take a flu shot either.
