You can also view these changes by visiting PayPal.com, clicking ‘Legal’ at the bottom of the page and then selecting ‘Policy Updates’.

*Everyone must get this as i used them a couple times only years ago.* If it looks scammy, don't fall for it. I got notices that fed ex and usps are fraudulent attempts by ne'er do wells whom keep telling u, roh roh your package cannot be delivered as we don't have your proper address. Don't fall for that one.
