Capital One and Other countries refuse currency

This is most troubling!!

Big Brother at his finest I am afraid and I fear it will only get worse..

Somewhere, somehow, there will be a way to buy them with cash only from your country in a face to face place...

You'll have to use the "Capitol One" card for cash, go to the exchange store and do it that way... Sadly atm, there are no places like that ( that I'm aware of )

Just another way to throttle us ...
When will it end?
When they finally have ALL your money so they can dictate just how you spend it ...
