I know this will offend some, but that's why you need plaintiffs lawyers and to have tort reform disappear. Doctors, hospitals, and manufacturers actually being held responsible for their actions instead of statutes designed to protect the government and what they consider "needed" professions. I doubt old Doug at the gas station has the same tort reform built in to his actions by statute. Everyone (a corporation is considered a person under the law) should be held equally accountable for their actions. So sad.
