Attorneys have no info on how to get disability. Cuz then people would screw with the system more than they do.
But, I applied for food stamps in 2009, and some of the counsellors and workers recognized me from school, town, the court system. They ran up to me and held me up. Because I did have more than twenty yrs of records, and, because, as i found out later, i was allegedly in imminent end stage, I got disability without a hearing. Allegedly never subject to review as its deemed to have no hope of recovery.
My sister sent me ketchup packets to make "soup." And taught me what berries i could eat where i rented. I mean whilst one awaits a hearing, which usually takes two yrs if one has an attorney, one gets absolutely nothing. Nothing.
I knew people in a poor area whom dreamed of disability as the HOly Grail. Nope. Because one has to usually be really ill. Have proof. And never been seen carrying groceries or such. As if I could. ha!
At least the rat bastard politician whom wanted to put all disabled in fixed up prisons in my original home county, as he claimed we are disabled because of hygiene, and being in prison will teach us hygiene. The man is mad.
Then, a news clip got him laughing about not allowing dental care for medicare patients. He laughed: let them eat soup.
