Is anyone else getting there Benzo scrips taken away or cut down a lot recently?
#38
Sorry to hear that Stealth38, and everyone else here having the same problem. I was really hoping when I started this thread that it was just a coincidence, but apparently big brother is here, he just came 30 years later than expected. One of the things that bothers me most is that Benzos are only a schedule 4 in my country. And the big problem we are supposedly dealing with here are PK OD's. So why the hate for Benzos? Could it possibly be because doctors know shite all about pharmacology. I would assume with the amount spent on healthcare we could hire a pharmacological assistant to work alongside the doctors, the same way an anesthesiologist works alongside surgeons . Or maybe doctors are terrified of losing their license due to FDA prescription audits, and maybe these audits are not changing to take into account the rising population, especially of the elderly who are more likely to need scheduled medication, as well as the PTSD stricken vets from a >16 year war on Terror, which I still can't find on the globe. Or maybe it is the lunatic fringe theory that our civilization is being normalized by the powers that be. Using a kinder, gentler form of eugenics. Which would mean things are going to get even harder for those of us who are not "normal". Hopefully I am incredibly wrong on all points. I wish all of you my love, and I hope for us all that things change soon. Just remember that no matter whoever, or wherever you are, you are not yet powerless. -Ivor
