Justine Damond shooting: Sad Story, Very Sad

The whole situation surrounding her shooting makes no sense. Why weren't the police cams working? Obviously, there is more to this story than we know and maybe it does tie-in to the sexual assault report. I am so tired of all the senseless acts of violence and shootings taking place. It just keeps getting worse and worse. People are really angry for a multitude of reasons, but violence is not the answer.
