Yes sounds like a good set up, but I guess like all new things you need to know the in's and out's of it to make an informed decision, but from my neck of the woods WU is getting harder to use, many questions. have also been told that it won't be long before you will have to have prof that you Know the person you are sending the money too.
It would be almost impossible to set a standard for what constitutes knowing said person. I beleive they will try something like this until it hurts there bottom line.
