Welcome! New member here too. This is a great forum and our admin is the bee's knees.
I am curious about CBD...I've never been able to handle THC (esp smoking; eating was maybe a little better)...just too disorienting for me. I am curious if you had any advice regarding CBD and weaning oneself off of benzos? I've been on them for the better part of 20 years and would love to find an alternative for anxiety/panic.
