I would say it depends on the test. I had to take a UT for a job once that involved working with the elderly. They didn't even test for benzos. Anyway, on a "routine" test, they would just show up the same; as a benzo.

I am often in fight or flight mode, too. I also take Propranolol.
I have PTSD and I also have a heavy dose of fear on an almost constant basis. It is not an "unknown" fear; I know what the fears are. And they ARE going to happen, so it isn't like I can say "Oh, most fears don't even happen." All I can do is pray for strength when they do happen.
PTSD and fight or flight mode are not only extremely mentally exhausting, but they take quite a toll on our bodies physically as well, draining them of what little energy we had.
Sigh. Sometimes I feel like a race car smack dab in the very front of the line...with an empty gas tank. And the race is going to start in just a few seconds.
