I am very new to the entire BTC marketplace but found it surprisingly easy to just google and find enough data on how to properly set up a wallet and purchase the BTC. It probably took me all of ten minutes or less to find the websites and create usernames and passwords for the it and the same for the wallet app. I think it was easy but if someone isn't computer savvy then it may be a little difficult.
