Disciplined Dosing

I have trouble with this also. For me it's a case of need vs want. It's a grey area in between. What I've tried to do is to pay attention to my body and try to work out how long it generally takes for the need to begin. Once I had at least a rough idea I started using the clock as a objective timer. It's not always accurate but it gives me at least a warning that I may still be in the want territory and gets me to think about if I really need it. Hopefully that makes sense. It's just a matter of getting me thinking about it and gets me away from just automatically using it...
