I will tell you what I used in the past. It is my personal view I used the Sundown 200 mg SR caffeine release tabs. I found that the effect was lasting for 9-10 hours initially but it lasted for 6-7 hour as well on prolonged use. And you can find it on places like Amazone as well. And buy it on line easy. I as not sure if they are the best but they work good with me.
