I think you need to give yourself a break and get a goodnights sleep. If you can tolerate a little liquid benedryl, for example, without getting a benedryl hangover, it may go a long way to get you thinking more clearly. Most of us who might be detoxing from a Z drug, having anxiety about something that would make all of us anxious and then not sleeping, is a recipe for making oneself looney on top of trying to keep it together for your son.

Please do something to help yourself. A guy friend of mine, recommends gabacalm for anxiety and taken with melatonin for sleep. Both are over the counter. I have not tried the gaba, as my m.d. Has me off of most herbs and supplements, at the moment, except for vitamin D. But it works for him. YMMV.

Hang in there. And most importantly, don't think about the dumb stuff you did as a kid!! Especially, if you were anything like me!! ;-).......Rumor
