A Formal Hello from this Newbe

Hello all! I am extremely new to the whole forum thing so if I am ever out of line or am not doing things right I mean no disrespect ?.  I just wanted to say hello and thank you guys for having something like this for people.  I am a 31 Yr old combat veteran and now back in school with numerous issues, and have been searching online and came across this site. It seems to be a very tight nit group that protects it's members and I am in need of that after being the victim of one scam after another. I hope to become a part of the Family! Namaste!

Also any advice or suggestions about how to do things would be greatly appreciated. I have been going through the rules and some threads but there is so much, and I am not the best at focusing on one thing at a time!!!
