Truer words have yet to be spoken ... I'm glad I wasn't here to go through what those poor devils went through... But those Japanese were hard fighting guys that did (by sheer numbers) do terrible things to inocent people....
They just needed a way to "save face" and the big one gave them that clarity ... If they would have had one and a way to deliver it, it could have been another ending to the story ...

I'm just glad we got there first ... And we are still here speaking english...
