Politics aside, abuse is no joke. That said, that really doesn't seem to be the vibe of this particular thread. It's really disheartening that people in pain aren't able to get what they need to make life less miserable, especially when dealing with prolonged pain. Adding to that aggravation is the fact that not being on the East coast we hear constantly about the PK issue there and yet accessibility remains such an issue elsewhere.
