In the past and I am old guy I used to have some vents as friends we always did some work for each other those were the good old days before internet and FB and all this mails now dominate the job.
So from the opposite view may we must consider the problems a ventor has to face each day. I do remember some suggestions from them if someone want to consider why we talk about the same things all of the time which are :
1) Try to make sure the buyer is who he says he is and not from LE or InterP.
2) Have a supply that meets the demands if you can but delay, delay them when you reach the limit of stock.
3) Always have a most wanted product as advertisement even when you have just 1 item for 100 of orders.
4 ) Hide and silence your job when you have suspicions that you are tracked dont mind the customers the wont have troubles
like life behind bars as you will.
5) There will be loss from post, from customs, from Couriers etc always have a good excuse to say no matter if it is a lie.
6 ) Do not risk to be busted. Disappear asap if you have to do without a trace. You will come back later in business with other
name at the right place and in right time.
7 ) Plan ahead and do not stock items that will not ship soon. Do not waste $ on crap.
8 ) Be vigilant with your sources since they will cause the greatest problems on you and it is the most dangerous part of your job especially with the ones you mess for obvious reasons.
9 ) Create an artificial demand on buyers they will do everything to have their goods.
10 ) Let them know who is in charge , blacklist them without hesitation and hit competition bellow the belt if needed.
Most of us would not survive their job more than some weeks so good is not going into evil for no reason. it is something not good from the start. It is not e-bay or amazon. Lets have sympathy for those who still do the job and face the pressure and danger avery day to keep us satisfied and cozy on our sofas.
