well, i shall be there to help u fire. but, i admit i stick to ensure and a small portion of solid food that i can get down.
at this moment i cannot exercise.
but, will be there to help u.
all the stress u have been under will cause a person to gain weight. u will do this. your DD and u can start mild exercise again together.
