Is it justified to criticize people for eating dog meat?

This is so horrible, I don't care if beef is hard to get in China, find another source of protien. So sick!!!!! Eat Rats.
Ice you know I adore you and have given you a place in my Kingdom, please no more articles about animal cruelity. Dogs, Cats are for us to love not eat. Checking off China as a place I would not like to visit.
