Yeah Audrey I am trying .....for so many little things and some big ones.....of course the selfish guy I had to listen to last week end, funny the nore I think of it the more he was just plain selfish towards others but only had his head up his own ....of nevermind.

I am trying to let it go.

I heard a story this afternoon about a father with his little boy .....on a beach in Hawaii hanging out and one of the manly guys said teach you son a lesson.

So the lesson consisted of taking his son the the Zoo.

Ok I know you are wondering where this is going....

So he said take the son o the Lions cage and go up close to the bars and let the lion come up and roar, roar and you know when one does that it is so powerful that it can be felt.....so the moral of the story is that someone talking AT YOU loud and aggressive cannot hurt you.

The old take off I guess of words cant physically hurt you.
But when someone is yelling at you those words cannot hurt you so dont let it get you flustered inside.
Like that a** did me last weekend.

anyway I hope t made sense the way I related this.

It seemed that the radio host was talking to me this evening when I heard it.

yeah I know, what you might think, but I dont care. I guess ...ha
