i remember when i lived upstate, we had a month of alleged no-see-ums.

wth?  i surely could see them just fine.

i get itchy just thinking of bugs.  (i like one Bug.  Miss Cricket.)

I know this won't really help the Gnat problem at your job since I'm sure there's no smoking inside, but when I'd go out fishing, the little buggers use to buzz around my face. I hated that and many a time they would chase me inside. But, I found that keeping a lit cig in my mouth kept them away. One problem tho is that I became a chain smoker while fishing.
Those are the most aggravating little suckers. I hope you find an answer to the problem before they drive you crazy.
