Why are PK's so difficult to find on IOP's and DNM's?

I agree they have no grasp of needs in that arena.

I tried to refill something recently and the pharmacist said oh it is one day early ....I said on heaven forbid that I might have one extra....

Chatted a bit about it and he said that sometimes it is the insurance companies that force them , but then the next month their phones were on the blink and I went in 2 days later when I could get there and asked that it was not my fault the phones were done and I had tried to refill.....


And that I should get to refill next month on the day I had tried to 2 days early....

Guess what they agreed to it.

Wrote it on their white board.

So I am not sure about how much power they have , more than one might think.

Oh, I know this is a little off topic of you original post but somewhat related to ....

I get so flustered with them not RX'ing properly.
