Personally, I haven't had any good luck with pain meds through iops.. maybe it's just that where I reside, and the pain meds available in my area are always better from my experience... yet, I think ones tolerance to pain meds also plays a big role... I was in a very bad car wreck years ago, and for a long time was prescribed very strong painkillers... trams were like Tylenol to me.... thankfully, I no longer take any pain meds, have recovered extensively from the shape I was in, going to the gym several days out of the week... it's been a full transformation, but was a tough road to get there... unfortunately for many, chronic pain is an issue, and these meds basically r mandatory for living comfortably.. with this being said, I surely wish iops had more quality pain meds readily available... also, I think a lot of areas tough laws on pain meds have made this difficult for iops, and even local physicians to provide clients with these much needed products...
