MoneyGram/Western Union and tor

I recently signed up with WU and sent money to P online. Credit card payment was immediately denied, however, payment from my bank account was immediately approved. No questions asked.
If sending $ to P, then amounts less than $500 are not likely to be flagged (IMHO).
Sending $ to this area of the world is surely being watched though, so proceed with caution.
