I recently had a very similar experience. Did everything online, as I was super busy that particular day and couldn't get out to a walk-up. After over a week of noting happening, calls and emails and a LOT of confusion, funds were finally rejected. The whole thing was incredibly aggravating, so rather than keep trying, I just re-did w/walk-up. It was much simpler, faster, and the transfer fee was less as well!
Also, WU Customer Service was possibly one of the most frustrating groups I've ever dealt with!
