It's not a pain pill. Perhaps you may consider if you haven't done already a coarse of TNF class drug treatments. Humira Is a newer generation standard of care and nicks the RA at its source. But has tons of side effects, cost being a huge one. I watched my mom suffer with RA and it took its toll. You have my compassion and you are strong fighter for taking on this disease. Many people give up and stop being active and it's sad. Swimming is fantastic and great exercise, I'm a huge fan of it too. Also warm soaks help with general pain.
