in my opinion, XANOR or UPJOHN, Mylan and Adco are some of THE BEST alps I have found online in my 2 or 3 years of dealing with IOP's. The xanors or uopjohns can be pretty spendy, but are very good quALITY, mYLANS are cheap and do a great job at relieveing anxiety quickly, and adco is pretty much my go to brand when I want to spend a little more than I would on mylans, but not as much as the UJ's or Xanors bars. Everyone is different and all of us have different body chemistry so nobody can really say what brand will work best for you. Ya kinda just have to try them all out and see which ones work best with your body. I know a friend of mine says that mylans have like LITTLE TO NO EFFECT on him, whereas mylans work great for me.
