MoneyGram/Western Union and tor

I have been having online troubles with WU,  never before, and all that i have tried was denied online.  I am just going to wait to the first of the month go to a location that's busy as hell.  Should not be a problem. They always seem  to go through in person.  Has anyone been denied in person ?  I have not heard any truthful stories

I've been denied in person a few times because the receiver's name provided was flagged by WU, but every time that's happened I've just requested a different receiver name from the vendor, they've provided one, and I was able to go to a different WU location and complete the transaction.

Thanks for letting me  know buddy.  As I see it do you believe some names of flags of receivers for over use or people calling them in as shady?  I no the world we live  in but how in a general sense how can a name be flagged whats criteria do they go by?  They just do it randomly? Stereo-typically? If so eventually every foreign action would be denied and WU would go under < which is not going to happen >
