I've used Neti daily in the morning for years to manage a chronic sinus condition.
Have had great success preparing a 50/50 solution of Alcolol and distilled water in a NeilMed pump bottle.
Alcolol is an herbal nasal wash that really gets the job done and the NeilMed bottle makes application much easier. Both are available at major chain drugstores.
Anyone who chronically suffers with sinus problems might give this combination a try... it has worked wonders for me over the years.
