i just checked the thread on this vendor. at the old and carbon copy list.com.
this message was the third post. on page one. will be back with more. i did not realize vogue had even more sister sites.

They are. They are also the same as voguerx.com and .net. and ipills, and
express- something. their newest. I forget the exact name. PS scams...no two ways about it.
Both PS & V play not-so-nice games with customer's orders. I won't mention the name of the forum, but all four of their threads are on the Int'l or GenTalk list. I never ordered from them, but those threads were really amusing about a month ago.
You ask if they are still legit? From what I have read, I gathered that they were never 100%. Go find the threads (where the gypsies live).
