I have very bad RLS and for this I am prescribed Clonidine also known as Catepres here in the U.S.
It has worked wonders for me. I have never checked online here to see if anyone has it but I will certainly look around and will post back if I come across anything if you want to try it.
What would help me before I found the Clonidine was to drink some water and walk around for a bit (which I'm sure you've tried everything and isn't really much of help).
