Thank you Roses, what a nice surprise! I have been so busy this morning and just checked the forum, and I had your lovely post waiting for me!! 
My husband (and me too) is also in chronic pain and probably needs a hip replacement. He had one hip done in 2012, but that was before I started having the back problems I have now. He is afraid to get the other one done, because he thinks I am not strong enough.
I keep telling him that a) I am strong enough for what is needed to be done by me and b) I will get extra help for the rest. To be honest, I don't know if I am strong enough or can get the help I need, but I have faith that God will put people in my life and keep things in motion. If I am not strong enough now, He will find for me the strength I need to endure.
