GAME - Change a Letter ... Drop a Letter ... Add a Letter

Okay, is the goal to do all three at one time:

Change a letter
Remove a letter
Add a letter

OR to do ONLY ONE of the above

OR to at least do ONE of the above, but you can do the other two, if you can

I removed a letter, and added a letter, AND moved the letters around

So, in this game, we DON'T move the letters around to create a new word.

We:

CHANGE ONE
DROP ONE
ADD ONE

ALL THREE IF POSSIBLE?

OR 

ONLY ONE OF THE ABOVE?
