k? i foolishly went up and down the stairs nonstop yesterday? i dont even use them when i feel well. i was determined to switch my clothes to summer clothes.
and i am paying for it now. But the Lord did not let me fall down the stairs as i have done a few times in my life. *first time i was 3 and i was pushed. my sister thinks she may have done it. broken collarbone.* why, i am as right as rain now. unless it does rain.
