Anybody using neti for sinus issues?

Love my neti.  It was weird at first but I've been using mine for a few years with great results.  I probably wouldn't use sea water, either.  Been watching too much of "The Monster Inside Me" .  Has anyone seen this show?  There are a gazillion weird parasites and a lot of them live in water.  The last one I watched was about a guy who scraped his ankle on some rocks and then stood in the water to fish.  Long story short, he almost died.  He ended up with some flesh eating parasite which sent him into toxic shock.  I'll probably just stick with my tap water and the little packet.
