I don't use a neti pot for sinus issues, but I use Simply Saline Nasal Mist sold by Arm & Hammer for nasal congestion and moisturizer.
It is safe to use as often as needed and doesn't carry the risk for germ contamination as long as one person only uses the spray. It helps me tremendously.
