Yohimbe extract is an ingredient in every weight loss product on the market pretty much - 99% of those are garbage as most people know that have tried to lose weight
Legal? Its tough without lifestyle changes as all "diets" by definition are short term in nature so even if you do lose weight, chances are its coming back at some point without the changes to how you eat, sleep, and exercies.
Questionable legality and potential risks/side effects that make taking the drug not worth it?- ephedra was great back in the day, clenbuterol/T3 is ridiculous
