Anybody using neti for sinus issues?

I would be very cautious about using sea water. It contains lots of plankton which includes tiny animals and plants also dirt, debis, bacteria and viruses. Baby jellyfish for example can sting, other baby fish are found and they are tiny. Plant life includes algae some of which are toxic such as red tide. Boiling the water and filtering it well should remove most of that, maybe use a coffee filter.

I just toss in a pinch of table salt, easy peasy.
