After reading your post, I had to respond. This last 2 years has been so difficult, even it Covid was your only concern, but add health issues, dealing with our health care system and all the divide and tension among so many. It is so hard right now. I feel for you and so happy you are trying to get out of the "bad space". I am trying to do the same thing and just had my first session with a professional . Life is a challenge and I am up for the challenge.
