They do rip and runs for politics indeed. There is a huge washout rate in LE, as I hear about people I went to high school with lasting 1 year after mandatory 1 year at a county. Now we are witnessing the ones that did not wash out man handling kids in a classroom. Those ones that shoot and ask questions later, are now being fired without pay andy brought up on charges.
That leaves maybe 5% that will do rip and runs when it is slow, or depending on there position and rank, even then they have very little common sense or street smarts or higher education, but those few are given almost free reign. There was one out here that spanned multiple states title 3 (which means they had to prove to a judge that they exhausted all possible means) to find out about a group. Even then anyone can go on PACER and pull anyones discovery. They were following these people with a outfitted van, just to listen to phone and get email, and that was FLE.They owned many companies which they said were fronts.
That massive center in Utah along with EL paso EPIC, from what I have heard is used for gigantic people. There is a epidemic in Mexico/Juarez/Sinaloa turning into a war zone right now right now, which along with maybe a few others is the main focus.
