I'm not sure if it works before you reach 50 posts, I can't quite remember ha. I know that I can rate things though, and have added positive rep points for others.

If you can do it, here's how to do it:

Right at the bottom of the post in question, on the same line where you get the options for Reply, Quote, Report and Warn (on the right hand side), on that very same line, but on the left hand side, there are options for PM (which I know for a fact you can't do until 50 posts), Find, and Rate.

If you want to rate anyone's posts, simply click on 'Rate' and choose whether it's positive, neutral or negative, then add any comments if you want to.

Like I say though, I'm not sure if this ability comes at 50 posts just like the PM ability.

So yep, no PM or Rate options yet, but thanks for explaining! Also, noticed you mention a "Warn" option too - what does that one do, as that's missing also?

And am I correct that rule #2 means you can't post proper links? But that the modified Imgur link above would be ok? Perhaps Charon could help answer that one.
