Someone has to move on this. Too many ordinary people are going to suffer for egos on both dem & reb sides.
Mr. T wants 5Billlion & the Dems want immigration reform < in some form >. Mr.T had both houses and presidency and did not get his wall $$$;
now he loses the house and demands the $$$-------?? He spent all his time on obamacare & tax cuts to wealthy.
So some middle ground needs to happen quickly. I just don't think 5biillon is all that much in the big schemes of
trillion dollar deficits and I do not think proper immigration reform is all that improbable. There are 800,000 cases waiting.
You do not want these 800.000 to take years to resolve- should be 90-120 days- but no money for immigration courts.
Let's do both, and give each other a big clap on the back......................Folken
