How about a compromise!! Trump wants 5 billion and a wall and the Dems are offering 1+ Billion for additional security but no wall. Settle on 3 Billion with some walls (steel/concrete) in strategic locations determined by experts, not politicians. The 3 billion would be a combination of walls, additional agents and technological deterrents. Of the 4000 claimed terrorists flooding over our southern border, actually that number was caught at ports of entry. So some of the money would go to beef up security at the ports of entry. Both sides could claim a win. Compromise, a dirty word in DC.
